Orders and Payment

• When you pre-order a product, you simply add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout to complete the transaction. Once your transaction is complete, you will receive your product as soon as our stocks are replenished. An order confirmation will be sent to you once your order is ready to be shipped.
  
• Gupta Book Depot accepts orders subject to the availability of the product. If the products ordered are not available, you will be offered a product of similar value or a full refund.
• All products are invoiced in INR at the price prevailing at the time of the order. We try to keep prices updated, but in case of any discrepancy, we will contact you to confirm your order at the correct price. If we cannot reach you, the order will be cancelled.
• When you order products from our website, you are responsible for paying all associated costs such as shipping. If the issuer of your credit or debit card refuses to authorize the payment, Gupta Book Depot will cancel your order and contact you to arrange an alternative payment method. We are not responsible for any delays caused by this.
• You are responsible for keeping track of your order.
• Unless there is fraudulent or negligent behavior by Gupta Book Depot, we are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to the personal or transactional information you provide when placing an order.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains more than 2 quantities of the same item.
• If you are under 13, you acknowledge that you have permission from your parent or guardian to use this website and purchase products.
• Gupta Book Depot reserves the right to limit selected promotional orders to a maximum of 2 units per order.

Cancellations, Exchanges, and Refunds

• To cancel your order, contact Gupta Book Depot’s customer service. While we will do our best to assist you, it may not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been shipped.
• If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify our customer service within 72 hours of delivery, and we will send you the correct item.
• Gupta Book Depot reserves the right to refuse any refund if it is evident that the product has been used.
• All pre-order transactions are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Delivery

• Deliveries are made all week except on national holidays through third-party service providers appointed by Gupta Book Depot. We strive to ensure you receive your product on time; however, if you do not receive your package within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer service with your order reference number.
• When you sign for the delivered product, our responsibility towards the order ends, and ownership of the product passes to you. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or breakage that occurs after delivery is completed.
• If you are not present at the time of delivery, Gupta Book Depot assumes that any adult at the provided address is authorized to accept the orders on your behalf. If no one is present, we will not deliver the product and will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery time.
• Please note that our delivery personnel will deliver your products to your front door only.

Prices

The prices posted on this website can change without notice. The prices at the time of order will apply during the payment process. The prices include any applicable charges and taxes. Any additional charges will be notified on the website.
